- The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Angola, in partnership with the Ministry of Territorial Administration and State Reform (MAT), and the collaboration of line institutions and donor partners, is implementing the first phase of the project entitled "Technical Assistance for Local Governance (2019-2020)" to support the process of the institutionalization and organization of elected local governments in Angola scheduled for 2020-2030. This support is being provided through technical assistance for the promotion of effective participation and representation of citizens and particularly women, inclusive and functional processes and institutions, and strong local democratic culture. To this end, interested individualsare requested to access the procurement notice attached and submit their offers by the established deadline.
