- Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Technical Equipment to 24 Hydrometric Stations, including Adaptation and Rehabilitation Works. 2. The Financial and Contract Management Unit (FCMU WB/AFD) of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply and installation of technical equipment in 24 Hydrometric Stations including adaptation and rehabilitation works in the following cities: Bengo, Malanje, Cuanza Sul, Cunene, Benguela and Bié . 3. This Goods contract consists of Monitoring and Transmission equipment, Related Services which include training and technical support. 4. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The Financial and Contract Management Unit (FCMU WB/AFD) of the Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09.00 to 15.00 hours at the address given below. 6. The bidding document in English language may be obtained free of charge by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by E-mail. 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 08th, 2023 at 10:00 am. Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The electronic Bid opening shall be on Skype on June 08th, 2023 at 10:00am. 8. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Dollars) or an equivalent in local currency or any freely convertible currency. 9. For Electronic Bids, bidders must include a scanned copy of the Bid Security in the bid and submit the original Bid Security by courier to the FCMU by June 22nd, 2023 10.
