BACKGROUNDUNICEF Angola Country Office intends to establish Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) with qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of selected WASH plastic containers to support emerging WASH interventions across Angola.The LTA is not a contract and does not guarantee purchase volumes. Orders will be placed on an as-and-when required basis through individual Purchase Orders (POs).3.
