Dear Supplier, UNICEF Angola is pleased to announce the launch of Invitation to Bid (ITB) LITB-2026-9202588 for the procurement of: 60 Motorized Cargo Tricycles - minimum 150cc engine, capable of carrying at least 500 kg, fitted with a secure trailer. 60 Off-Road 125cc Motorcycles - minimum 125cc engine, rear rack for vaccine cold boxes, durable suspension suitable for rural terrain and emergency responses. Important Instructions: Submission of the Technical Sheet is mandatory. All 125cc motorcycles must include a rear bag, as shown in the attached image. Deadline: 02 March 2026, 23:59 Angola local time. Submission Method: Proposals must be sent exclusively by email to supplyangolabid@unicef.org. Submissions via other channels will be disqualified. Proposal Requirements: Financial Proposal + Technical Sheet (Reference: LITB-2026-9202588) Fully completed and signed Declaration Form (pages 3-5 of the ITB), indicating YES if all conditions are accepted or NO if there are exceptions. Incomplete or unsigned forms will be automatically disqualified. UNGM Registration: Mandatory.
