Country: AngolaBackgroundThe United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as one of the Global Environment Facility-s (GEF) implementing agencies, supports countries in the design and implementation of projects that promote environmental sustainability, climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development.In line with the monitoring and evaluation requirements of both UNDP and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), UNDP Angola is undertaking:the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the project “Promoting Sustainable Energy Access for Rural Communities in South-Eastern Angola”; andthe Terminal Evaluation (TE) of the project “Combating Illegal Wildlife Trade and Human Wildlife Conflict in Angola”.These evaluations are intended to assess project performance, implementation progress, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, adaptive management, and contribution towards intended development and environmental outcomes.To support the implementation of both evaluations, UNDP seeks to engage a qualified National Consultant to work in close collaboration with the International Evaluation Team Leader and UNDP project teams.Scope of WorkUnder the supervision of UNDP Angola and in close coordination with the International Evaluation Team Leader, the National Consultant will support the implementation of both the Mid-Term Review (MTR) and the Terminal Evaluation (TE).The assignment will include, but not be limited to:Review of project document...
