Tenders are Invited for Construction of the New 400/220/60 Kv from Lubango Substation with 2 X 450 Mva Transformers and All Associated Primary and Secondary Plant (including the Microscada Supervision System); And the Extension of the 400 Kv Huambo Substation of 400/220/60 Kv and the Expansion of the 400/220/60 Kv Substation in BeléM in Huambo, Equipping a New Line Module at 400 Kv along with Associated Primary and Secondary Equipment Lot 1: USD 1,300,000,00 (One Million and Three Hundred Thousand American Dollars) Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder-s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (International), OCBI procedures as specified in the Bank-s Procurement Framework dated 2015, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
