- The main objective of the service is to carry out Construction Supervision and Contract Administration of the Construction works of Faecal Sludge Transfer Stations and Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants at Benguela, Baía Farta, Lobito and Catumbela Towns which are located in Benguela Province of Angola. The Ministry of Energy and Water (MINEA) through National Directorate of Water (DNA) will be the Executing Agency (EA) of the Project. The Works Contracts will be executed in two separate Lots. First Lot will be for the Works in Benguela and Baía Farta towns and Second Lot Works will be in Lobito and Catumbela Towns. The construction duration is estimated to be 24 months and expected to commence January 2024.
